Welcome to These Are Not Toys / GraffitiIsArt.com. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully — they help keep things clear and fair for both our collectors and our team.
1. Overview
These Are Not Toys produces and sells limited-edition collectible art pieces. Each item is part of a curated collection, released in small runs and made available through graffitiisart.com. All artworks, packaging, and designs are original creations protected under copyright and trademark law.
2. Collectible Nature of Our Products
All items sold are limited-edition collectibles, not mass-produced toys. Every sale is considered final — please review product photos and details carefully before purchasing. Secondary resale or trade among collectors is part of the culture we support, but official returns or refunds are not available except for damaged deliveries (see our Returns Policy).
3. Payment
We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods supported by Shopify. Payments are processed securely at checkout. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4. Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted during a new product drop. All packages include tracking and insurance. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns & Replacements
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue monetary refunds. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. Verified claims will be replaced with an item of equal value at no additional cost. See our Returns Policy for more details.
6. Product Availability
Our items are released in small editions and may sell out quickly. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until your order is completed. Once sold out, items will not be restocked unless specifically announced.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including product designs, photography, artwork, text, and logos — is the property of The JuncYards / These Are Not Toys and its collaborators. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial use of our content or images is prohibited.
8. Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, particularly for limited drops or special collaborations.
