Every collectible we ship is handled with care — these aren’t just toys, they’re limited-edition pieces of art. We make sure each one arrives safely and ready to display.

Free Shipping on All Orders Over $50

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 Our collectibles are high-value, limited-edition pieces — so we include the cost of shipping in the product price to make things simpler for our collectors. No surprises at checkout, just clean and easy ordering.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. During new releases or product drops, shipping times may vary slightly — we’ll always post updates on @thesearenottoys if there are any delays.

Shipping Methods

We ship through trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination. All packages include tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your collectible’s journey from our studio to your door.

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location and local customs processing. International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by their country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll review and provide a replacement of equal value when eligible.

For lost or delayed shipments, please reach out to us at trevor@thejuncyards.com. We’ll do our best to help you track it down and file a claim with the carrier if necessary.
